Does money bring fear?

An auto driver takes us to the destination with utmost respect and care provided we had agreed upon paying a sum that exceeded his expectation.

A software engineer tends to spend more time in his newly joined firm since he has got a good pay hike.

Automobile aggregators like UBER and OLA pay attractive incentives to their driving partners that pushes them to work sometimes beyond their actual ability.

A temple priest considers and gives special attention to the people who have contributed immense.

A startup company is acquired or conquered by a big player by just shelling out those extra billions which would blind the one who built and established it.

Dad starts to behave differently once his son starts to earn more than his income.

The above instances clearly shows money can make big differences possible, behavioural changes, change in the attitude, change in the perspective. On the whole, money can change a person who was in pole A to pole B with ease.

My parents used to advice not to carry any expensive items or currencies when travelling long distances out of fear or losing and theft. People rarely go to the ATMs after 10PM.

One could draw an inference from above that there is no one in the world who is ready to give up his thirst for money.

A software engineer works the extra time for money.
A business man gives in more risk to raise more money.
A company strives and pushes their employees to make more money.

With no big difference,
A thief wishes to loot more money.
A snatcher prefers to select the most wealthy person to attain more money.
A gambler plays hard to win more money.
A system aware individual would try all possible ways to fool the government to make more money and flee.

Every little homo sapien in our society is looking for newer ways to earn more and more money.
That takes the nation to a total chaos or a situation used in computer science termed DEADLOCK.

The situation has no cure except one of the individual in the country to have mercy on one another.
Will that happen in the real world? Yes, and that is the reason why world is still surviving and the end hasn't come yet.

But majority of the population leaves no penny on the street out of mercy or love.

Lockdown - Will it happen again?

Greetings to You! I trust that you are doing great. I am immensely happy to write yet another article on a whole new subject that talks about a persons authority and their limitations. I find it extremely difficult to squeeze the content in a one-liner, so please read it through till the end.  Let me start with a true story that would undoubtedly be relatable to you that I wanted to share for a long time. At the time of Covid spread, each nation and their governments had taken radical steps abruptly to contain the rate of infections. We all were spellbound by the renewed beauty of the nature around us, as the rare and wonderful birds were sighted near our homes, and the clouds were bright and colourful. The steps taken by the Government were very creative with less to question against. One of which is the Lockdown that spanned for almost six months where almost the whole country(India) came to a standstill. All of the industries except those that involved manufacturing and servicin...

Good news for the Indian contract workers

The code on Social Security, 2020 has for the very first time extended social security benefits like maternity leave, disability insurance, gratuity, health insurance and old age protection to workers in the country’s booming unorganized sector.  These include gig workers, platform workers, contract workers, freelancers and home-based workers. It also stipulates the gratuity benefits to fixed-term employees without any conditions on minimum service.  The code proposes the creation of a social security fund for extending these benefits to workers in the unorganized sector.  The scheme for the social security fund envisages that the platforms and aggregators make contributions to the fund which would be either 1-2 percent of the turnover or 5 percent of the worker’s wages. Central and the state governments can also contribute to the social security fund.  It integrates nine previous regulations relating to social security namely,  The Employees Compensation Act, 1...
